To request a guest room, please email cbtabookings@gmail.com. We highly recommend making a reservation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper accommodation arrangements.
Confirmation
Once your request has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from the Room and Guest Committee (RGC) with details about the available room.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other guests.
Meals
If you plan to dine at Telluride, please inform us of any dietary preferences or restrictions in advance.
Clean-Up
We kindly encourage guests to tidy up after their stay.
Keys
Before leaving, please ensure you return your keys to avoid any inconvenience.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas.
